Greg Ballardo leads San Francisco Commercial Builders, Inc. with a clear mandate: deliver professional, precise construction and an experience clients can trust. As CEO, Director, and registered agent of the company, Greg sets the standard for how we plan, communicate, and execute across commercial and residential work.
Under his leadership, the company has grown into a full-service Bay Area general contractor known for tenant improvements, hospitality and commercial remodels, warehouse and industrial projects, and selective residential builds—including custom homes, whole-house remodels, fire rebuilds, and ADUs.
Greg’s approach is straightforward: stay responsive, run a tight ship, and never lose sight of the owner’s goals. That culture flows from the office in Lafayette to every superintendent and trade partner in the field.
